I placed an order for over $2,000 worth of banners with the help of a customer service rep. That customer service rep reviewed my artwork and gave the order the thumbs up. I received a wrong banner causing me to source a replacement locally to meet my deadline, costing me over $1,000.

777Sign made no attempt to rectify the situation. I was only met with blunt and rude management, no return phone calls for over 4 weeks, and finally a manager hanging up on me today.

Terrible service, we placed an order with them to print a fabric step & repeat, paid, waited 3 days, followed up, they said it was not ready but will be ready in a couple of days, then checked back in a couple of days and tgey told us they forgot about our order!!! Our event was in 2 days and they told us the soonest they would be able to have it done is 3 days! We ended up having to order from a different company and because the order had to be a rush order we ended up paying $600!! The staff at JW Media did not seem to care or put any effort into fixing their screw up that caused us a lot of stress and money. Very unprofessional!

The worst company to work with. They should've never left China! Poor customer service, inexistent quality and horrible products. You are better off just getting your signage anywhere else. Not worth the cheap prices because you get cheap and defective materials. I would give them ZERO stars if there was an option for that.

DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! I was going to write a review last time I had an issue with this company but I did not want to wast my time. Second issue and should be the last since I will not be ordering anything from them. Their prices are low but the Customer Service is 3rd or 4th World Country. Does not exist!! They screw up the orders and at the end you as the customer end up with bad product, no product and they make you jump thru all these hoops, just to get your money back or the product you paid. Its been 2 weeks and my issues have not been resolve and they just pass on the blame to another department.!!!

These guys gave me the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever seen.

I bought 2 banner stands ( adjustable) that turned out to be missing the nuts/bots for assembly. They treated my horribly and I am in the sign business. They refused to fix the problem.....Oh, good luck finding someone there that speaks proper English.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! Horrible customer service! They wasted hours of my time having to email them back and forth over corrections that they failed to make time and time again! After two weeks of trying to get them to make all of the corrections necessary they decide they’re going to charge me another design fee? Why don’t you get people working for you they can get it right the first time They are simply absurd! Take your business elsewhere
