I am so disgusted and furious that I ever hired and trusted these people to promote and advertise my son’s book. First of the language barriers made communication very difficult. Secondly they promise to perform deliverables that seem a bit exaggerated but I figured they know what they are doing so maybe they have a way to pull it all off. We wasted the first two months with a manager that did absolutely nothing. Then we were assigned another manager who started out great but kept promising to deliver blogs, articles, press releases, author spotlights, videos, etc. All these things were supposed to be promoted on specific numbers of platforms. How about delivered almost nothing and only to one magazine. Their paperwork advertises “satisfaction guaranteed”. We went to them within the first two months and several times after that, requesting our money back but we were told most of the TWO THOUSAND DOLLAR DEPOSIT was spent and constantly asked when we planned to pay the 1K balance. We got almost nothing that was promised and nothing refunded. If you are wise, do not hire these people. They bring new meaning to the word SCAM: doesn’t matter weather it’s a legitimate business or not. Taking peoples money and never providing the service you were hired to provide is A SCAM TO STEAL PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY!

They lure authors in with grand promises of television interviews, videos, blogs, social media posts, and more, but everything they provide is AI-generated, poorly written, and riddled with errors—even getting my mother's name wrong on the few items they did deliver.

What's worse, their online presence is completely fabricated. Their Google and Trustpilot reviews are fake—all posted within the last few months, likely by themselves. I reached out directly to several authors named in these reviews, and they all confirmed they never used KDP Digital Publishers or posted these reviews. This company has not only stolen money but also manipulated online reviews to appear legitimate.

Now, they’ve completely disappeared, refusing to answer calls or emails. This company is nothing but a fraudulent operation, preying on authors who are looking to promote their hard work. Save your time, money, and sanity—avoid KDP Digital Publishers at all costs!
