My wife and I purchased a new Speed Queen washer & dryer from Ken & Kerrie’s. Tanya was extremely knowledgeable and helped us decide on which model was best for our needs. Both Tanya & Terrie went above and beyond to help make our purchase easy. When it came to delivery Louis & Marvin were both very professional and people orientated. Dryer had a small dent in it and the unit was changed out with a new one within one hour. That’s what I call Customer Service from purchase to install. I highly recommend this small business for what you are looking for in your home. I know I will be back again.

Great small business. The staff and owners were very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to purchase a washer and dryer and was surprised at all the different items they carry. From washers and dryers to furniture, freezers and home decor! Would definitely recommend!

We purchased a Speed Queen washer yesterday and Kerrie was amazing! We knew we wanted the Speed Queen but we didn’t know which one. She was quick to tell us about all the choices. We decided which one by about 9:30 am and by 10:30 am they were installing it at our house. Louis and Marvin were phenomenal! They gave us a tutorial on how to use the machine. I can’t wait to save up enough money to buy the dryer from them! Such an amazing experience! I highly recommend Ken and Kerrie’s!

Few stores sale a Speed Queen, I found a local mom and pop store that had them in stock. We walked in the store and were greeted right away. I knew that was the brand I wanted and after talking to Kerrie I was able to make an informed decision on the model. From the time of purchase to delivery and hook up was one hour. The delivery guys were professional and demonstrated the machine. This is a sold 5 star business. BTW I think speed Queen is the only washer you can balance a nickel on its side for an entire cycle without falling over!
