If you have paper rolls, do not enter through where truckerpath is leading. Stay on Armitage street and its on the road.

Need delivery appt.
Do not park for too long on road, one guy got ticket.
There’s scale in there. Pull on the scale, then go inside. They gonna give you dock then.

For Paper Roll Delivery need to go Backside of the Building after Crossing the Rail tracks and First Park your Truck Before the Stop Sign and then Go to Shipping office.
There is one Scale at there Place Soo both time before Unloading and After Unloading(Empty Trailer) Need to Scale the Truck Trailer For
Check-in and Check-Out time

There are Some Drivers Park at Street for Overnight but I think it’s not safe there because in 3rd Photograph attached here with reviews show no Semi Parking between 2:00am to 06:00am Soo be careful.

For Unloading Approximately half an hour.

If you have paper rolls do not turn on cornell just keep going straight park with your blinkers on, on the street next to the building do not block the stop sign you might get a ticket. And it is appointment only and appointment number is required start with a 104 a 5 digit number. The place Is not really that bad just come on your appointment time follow procedure

If you coming with the paper rolls, they will give you dock by your appointment then take one hour for unloading

Paper Rolls Deliveries

1.From North Ave turn left on Cornell Ave then turn right on Armitage & park by the stop sign in front of the docks , go check in to the office.

2. Once checked in you will be directed to the scale for weight in
Swing wide to drive in nose to the car’s parking lot ( could be tight) then back up to the scale in front of the docks

3. Once weighed the dock will open for you & should have enough room manoeuvring to backup to the unloading dock.

4. Unloading starts immediately and you should be out in 30 minutes.

5. Same procedure on the way out, out from the dock and backup to the scale & go get your paperwork.

The whole process took me less than 45mins

Att! Paper roll deliveries.

1. Park on Armitage Ave & Scott St in front of the 3 Big roll up doors on right side, walk in with your 4 digit delivery number, starts with 8____.
2. Scale loaded and back in dock, slide tandems, little tight but lots room to swing, once empty scale again and good to go. Fast unloading.
