Estate planning can be very intimidating because it isn't something you were taught about in school and it means dealing with who gets what stuff when you leave this earth. But it is something every one needs to do. Don't let the Courts do it for you. Mr. Sherwood has walked us through this process and asked the right questions and answers ours to help us figure out where our stuff goes and how it gets there. He listens and guides us and does not make decisions for us, even when's we wished he would. He gives us great information and insite about avenues we can take, but we are always the decision makers. So pleased he was recommended to us.

It may have a day in the life of an attorney but Daniel Marvin went above and beyond for my family. He managed to get a Living Trust and Will done for my mom in two days. He even made a house call for all of it when my mom was unable to leave. He left my mom with a huge relief for something shes was making herself completely stressed out about.
