I am so grateful for Lois. My daughter was two grade levels behind in reading and was getting consistent reading support at school that didn’t seem to help her catch up. Lois was a great listener and really wanted to understand what my daughter needed help with. She not only got her reading scores to grade level but she drastically improved my daughter’s confidence in her ability to read and write. After discovering he was behind in his reading level, Lois worked with him weekly, tutoring in her home and providing valuable guidance to us as parents, especially during PPT meetings with educators.

Lois is not only caring but also has a special way of making learning fun. She incorporates games into her sessions, and our son always looked forward to them, especially when he won! His confidence grew each week, and thanks to Lois’s dedication and effective teaching, he is now on the cusp of reading at his grade level.
