Working with Leo & Loy was a fantastic experience. Resume writing was something I always dreaded. I never understood the right templates to use, or how to describe my work experience in the best way possible. I’ve used resume writing and career coaching services before, and I was actually using a resume written for me by another company, who promised that the template they used was ATC compliant. But after applying to over a hundred jobs, and only getting 2 interview invites, I knew I had to go back to the drawing board and totally revamp my resume. Although it may sound a little cliche, the team at Leo & Loy really came to my rescue. In the first meeting, they took time to get to know me and mt professional experience. Understanding my professional background played a key role in the entire process. Everything was collaborative, and once they understood my situation, they looked at the resume I was using, and explained to me why I was probably failing to get interviews. Turns out my resume wasn’t ATS compliant, and the went into item by item detail showing me why. Everyone on the team has a lot of experience, so I felt confident in their assessment. Once my new resume was complete, they went over all the changes that were made, all the additions, and explained WHY. My new resume immediately made an impact as I received way way way more interview invitations than I had with my old resume. I can't recommend Leo & Loy enough! They really saved the day, and I actually ended up landing the best job I’ve ever had 2 months later. This team is the real deal.
