Excellent all around! Great, knowledgable, and friendly customer service. Nothing beats the convenience though: several times I've walked in with loose random shaped/sized items, and they go "no problem!" and package it all up for me with ease. They then pull up all of the shipping options, with price and delivery windows! Truly a fantastic resource to have in the neighborhood

Nice folks work here. However, I recently paid extra to have a package arrive before Christmas, and it is not arriving until after Christmas. When I called FedEx they told me the delivery method chosen was never going to deliver the package before Christmas. When I called Liberties Parcel they said there are no guarantees. I simply wouldn’t have chosen to pay extra if I didn’t understand it wasn’t likely to arrive on December 23 as they quoted.
