DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY I bought a packet to publish a children's book I wrote in 2015...paid before service was given, my material got lost in a move and I was not able to recover it. I notified the agent that was working with me immediately and was TOLD that a refund was going to be issued minus some fees...THEY pulled the plug last minute and STOLE my $1600.00 kept ALL of my monies when NO service was given nor product was turned in . To this day they refuse to give my money back. SHADY AF . SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE. These people are NOT very professional they just want your Money n will use whatever loop to make sure they STEAL it ALL. Would have given 0 stars but there are NONE available.

Definitely DON'T DO BUSINESS with this shady company. Already got an email saying I was never approved for a refund, picture is I NEVER SENT MATERIAL, NO SERVICE WAS RENDERED AND THEREFORE THEY FELT THE HAD THE RIGHT TO KEEP MY MONEY.
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE. THEY STOLE MY $1600.00 AND LIED TO ME. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY TOO. SHADY AF GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I do not recommend this company. It is a self-publishing scam. First-time authors...RUN!!! Expect additional fees to be added, if you choose to pay in multiple payments. If you cancel an order, you will have to get assistance from you banking institution to get a refund. Beware!
