I went here for my TSA Pre-Check enrollment appointment, and they were so lovely and efficient! The staff explained the process so clearly. From the time I walked it the door, it only took four minutes to complete my check-in, do the Pre-Check interview, and scan my fingerprints. Highly recommend using this location for your TSA Pre-Check appointment!

I went today to finish my registration for TSA pre-check. First off even when they answer the phone they were incredibly nice. They were so helpful so knowledgeable and it was so fast to finish what I had to do. I like them so much, I asked them what else do they offer lol.

I Always enjoy going to Lillian’s- they are friendly and they take extra care with packages. They provide so many services for the community , including tax prep shredding, notary, among others .
I have my UPS packages routed there because my neighbor hates packages left outside her door, so I’m always grateful that Lillian’s provides this service, with friendly conversation .

My husband was advised to try this place for TSA Precheck after unsuccessfully trying to get his fingerprints to scan two times elsewhere. It worked there I think I part because they were so pleasant, knowledgeable, calm and efficient. While I waited, I witnessed such excellent customer service and care for everyone that came in by everyone working there. (Special thank you to Debbie!) Highly recommended and I am going to find out what other services they offer and come back for those!

Had the total pleasure of conducting my TSA pre-check appointment here! The ladies took care of us swiftly, professionally, but also with care - another individual in at the same time had a package he sent via their services that did not arrive on the delivery date. They were on the phone helping him to submit a claim with UPS. Not sure if they always offer this service (or should be expected to) but it does demonstrate to me the level of care that I’ve experienced put into everyone they work with. Highly recommend their services!
