Nikki is always there for questions. Front desk was busy redirecting calls to your other location politely and kindly. One person came in without an appt and they took the time to find her one that day. You guys are always busy but not too so to help with all that office needs.

I can always trust Josue at Lopez Tax Service to prepare my taxes properly, regardless of how complex they may get (and they do get rather complex).
He has always been courteous, professional, and direct.
And the new online appointment option has made life even easier! I no longer have to drive to the location.
I can just scan my documents, and have a remote session with him to have my taxes done.
It's so easy and convenient!

Nice experience. Check in was simple. The wait was not very long and I was greeted with a smile when they were ready for me. David was very personable and professional. He went over everything in detail and we even had a couple laughs. Well done!
