Firstly, there is expertise--Seo is a qualified professional who knows what he's doing. Secondly, and equally important, is that Seo takes the time to explain and educate me about finances. This is deeply important as money can be such a source of anxiety for people--he explained concepts, sent me reading material, and always answers questions by providing concrete examples.
