I first discovered LuAnn through a Google search in the Sacramento Area.  What immediately made her stand out from the competition was her high volume of perfect 5 star Google reviews, and with having so many 5 star reviews, this made me curious to know how this was even possible, and I felt compelled to give her a call.

When looking for a Real Estate Agent, I knew I was looking for someone that was the right “fit” in terms of personality, professionalism, and the way they carry themselves.  For me, the real estate agent would not only represent me, but be an extension of me personally.  I knew after our first conversation over the phone, I had found the right person that I didn’t need to look any further.  If you search for her social media presence, and her youtube channel, you will see her wonderful personality shine through and have a feel for who she really is.

I was fortunate to have LuAnn sell my investment property, a duplex.

The advantage of working with LuAnn is her extensive knowledge of the real estate industry, best practices, and available resources that she has on hand.

She has an incredibly professional team that works around her that can do renovations on your property and are willing to work with your budget.  Unfortunately in my case, I had an eviction with one of my tenants and lost 5 months of rent, and didn’t have as much disposable funds to put into renovations, yet LuAnn understood my situation and was still willing to work with my budget.  Her team was able to deliver a light-weight, yet high quality renovation at a cost-effective, reasonable price.

This was extremely beneficial and incredibly stress relieving because I did not have to spend hours upon hours googling and finding the right people to do my renovations and research whether or not they were reliable and trustworthy.  I can’t tell you how much time it saved me and how much stress it removed off my shoulders in being able to trust LuAnn and let her team take the lead.

Once the ball started rolling, she and her team worked incredibly fast.  They were able to complete renovations within 2 weeks, and have the property listed on MLS across all major real estate websites (ie:  Zillow, Redfin, realtor.com) the following week after. In that I got over the asking price, and got multiple offers, and that we listed and closed in 5 weeks, start to finish.

One thing I wanted to point out with LuAnn is being able to trust her.  She will make suggestions on getting certain things on your property fixed, with the purpose of benefitting you as you try to sell your property.  She really wants you to get the most out of your property.

She also demonstrated great instinct and patience.  She and her team took the time to properly market my property and hold open houses, as well as took the time to find the right buyer.

I don’t think I’ve ever worked with anyone where I felt they truly and genuinely fought so hard to represent and work for me.  It really felt like I was given the “white-glove treatment” where I was kept informed through every step of the selling process.

LuAnn is truly a rare-breed and is literally full package, which is incredibly hard to find these days.  You are literally able to “hand over the keys” and let her team go to work.

I cannot thank her enough and will forever be grateful for her guidance, services, and what she was able to pull off, and I could not recommend her enough.

LuAnn deserves 10 Stars! We are so grateful to LuAnn Shikasho for her expert help in selling my husband's family home! He grew up in this house, which has been in the family since it was constructed. We live out of state and could not travel to Sacramento to get the house ready for sale. LuAnn helped us find companies to do key inspections, and she put us in touch with Garrett Scott, who coordinated flooring, painting, plumbing, and other repairs in record time. LuAnn and Garrett listened to us and gave great suggestions that helped us give the house the TLC that made us proud to sell it to a new family. The house was on the market for less than a week, with offers above listed price. LuAnn walked us through the closing process to help it go smoothly. So I started off just browsing listings not seeing anything that really caught my eye. And then there was that first listing that I thought, oh that's priced to move, I really wish I had an agent right now. I knew of Luann from my friend who had purchased with her recently and spoke very highly of the experience and so l texted her that night. She was able to get me set up with her associate agent Trent and in to view the property next day. While that first property wasn't the one I went with, I really appreciated the hustle. Homes move fast and every time I texted over something I wanted to see Trent was able get me in same/next day - which was no small feat with my rather terrible work hours. Luann put me completely at ease walking me through all the paperwork and negotiation process. You're definitely going to appreciate all her industry connections as well - I had great experiences with her referred mortgage broker Frank who came in with the best rate offer (believe me, I shopped around) as well as her recommended home inspectors, etc. I was in contract on a listing in under a month and closed in 15 days! - as a first time buyer. Highly, highly recommend Luann and her team, thanks again.

Excellent Results . We were very happy with our experience with LuAnn as our realtor.
We interviewed three realtors before deciding to go with her. She followed up with us after first meeting her, and supplied printed materials explaining the house selling process. We also knew we wanted certain services such as staging which she was able to provide.
