Mail & More is a corner shop in the Mc Kinley Village Shopping Center on N.Tracy Blvd. A shop that's small enough, that without paying attention- you just might miss it. Jo is friendly, helpful, and a very social person, who cares about her customers.

Her prices are very competitive and her shop represents her personality- eccentric, friendly, and ready to serve. I was happy to catch her business on my way to another postal service across town. Her shop is close to home where my postal needs will be met in the future.

She enjoys serving her people in the community and cares for her business. She goes the extra mile for her people by taking donations for charity while serving her people. I'll always support businesses who serve others with compassion.

We all have a bad day sometimes but it's not always about you- I was definitely having a moment prior. It's amazing what happens when you talk with the people that serve you and take the focus off yourself. I walked away totally happy and found a great business to support.

Thanks for making my day Jo- You're amazing at what you do. Keep up the great service, we need more businesses like yours.

The ladies here are very helpful with taking a few copies, getting a letter notarized, as well as getting it all mailed. They also have a few interesting things and gifts for sale here as well. Great and friendly service!

The staff here is always helpful with all of my packages and questions. They always smile and are friendly. They also don’t lag around ….. they move the line of there is one. I also found them helpful when they couldn’t fulfill a request. They pointed me in the right direction to get my problem solved.

I love coming to this mail and more store since they give excellent customer service, have many mailing services and more at a reasonable cost. Especially, no long lines!! Check this place out next time you need to send something or print something etc.

To who ever that girl Victoria is deserves to be fired and never work in a customer setting, how dare she not knowing that liquid cannot be shipped. Then prodded to take her money (more than $300) and when we called to ask for the money back when the package came back to home, she screamed, talked down to use call us racists words to us. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE EVERR!!

Absolutely and incredible experience I cannot say enough high praises for this family-owned business the person that helped me is Jolene I was a little hesitant I had gotten such bad services at all the other ups and FedEx stores...
This just felt like family you walk in they ask you how they can help you.
they attend to you right away.
it's a pleasant situation the prices are very competitive it can't be beat.
it was no stress whatsoever getting my mailing business done...
I absolutely applaud this family-owned business.
