It's a perfect place to deliver for a truck driver. To unload takes a few minutes and a clean bathroom is available. The door dock is by Research rd.

If you’re the only truck in there it isn’t bad. It is a tight area and a lot worse if you have other trucks in there at the same time. They loaded me fast and the lady I checked in with was very nice. Call the number on the door to check in not the intercom because she can’t hear you with the static on the intercom.

I didnot have to call the number on the RECIEVING door. The Receiving guy came out grabbed my frieght bills and unloaded quickly. Less than 1hr. He was really cool. The atmosphere of the docks had a safe feel with lighting as i arrived 2am before business hrs.

Worst software ever.

Inaccurate books with major errors that educators have correct in class.

Horrible online service with the cheapest telemarketers from the Philippines. All customer service support workers have vast voids of knowledge when it comes to company policy and are known to drop calls and “misplace” call and messaging logs.

Your SimNet education software is hot garbage. Schools everywhere need to stop using it until you set it up in a much more user friendly way. How is it even acceptable that you can’t use Control Click on a Mac for right clicking in your software, how, seriously When people take tests using this software, you need to add two new buttons, “reset question” and “submit answer” because this auto failing a question because your trackpad on your laptop decided your palm constituted a click, is disrespectful and disingenuous to the end user experience. Your lessons are mediocre at the very best. It’s sad to see so many people using this uninformative software. Not only is it a sad excuse for an education tool, it’s eliminating the ability for teachers to teach when they use this software, because you don’t teach how to use the software, you have to teach how to use the testing software, which eliminates the entire point of what you are teaching people. You need to fix your software asap, or colleges and universities need to find a different company to help support at home learning immediately.

Use research rd to enter receiving docks the company will be on your left .it has 4 docks but small parking space . Very quick unload 30 minutes 👍

I spoke with the kindest sales associate named Lisa who was extremely understanding and was more than happy to let me speak with the supervisor who was also extremely helpful and kind enough to resolve my problem. I would recommend this company they have amazing customer service.

Front dock are for shipping if your delivering here do not go to front dock very tight to turn around receiving is on the rear of building if you happen to go to front of facility get turned around and turn left on research Rd follow around curves see small sign in grass on lhs 860 turn into dock area if you at end of Rd and turned right you just missed building they unloaded fairly quick
