Melwood job people seem genuine, punctual, knowledgeable, and good people in their hearts. However the job search got extreme and were aggressive. I also got complaints from individuals I know who used their services and they were respected when they hurried it up. So I knew I had to go above and beyond to get whatever job which I currently have for a month which is retail while I'm looking for a Monday through Friday full-time job. And the counselor was very harsh and aggressive on it. I understand the people who complained just as well as the ones who gave reviews and how difficult it can be to have services with melwood especially on their aggressive and high expectations unless they paid each client $1000 a month. I wouldn't recommend having job services with Melwood. It's not worth the experience.

I came in to visit, and was very disturbed by the lack of customer service I received from the young lady named Veronica.

By far one of the most dry, uninterested,un professional representatives I've seen in quite some time.

This is the worst non profit in the DMV. Employees have sex with one another as well as clients daily. Management and direct workers don't collaborate at all so communication is horrible. Clients are taken advantage of daily. This place only cares about profit and not clients wellbeing, this is just an awful awful business, not to mention the temple hills md satellite site is just plan unorganized and needs to be shut down immediately.

My name is Paige Crouch I am a quadriplegic and I paint with my mouth. I am with the Mouth & Foot Painting Artists. I am writing because I have tried on three different occasions to voluntarily do a painting demonstration for the persons with disabilities at Melwood. I have transportation to achieve this. I reluctantly give them one star.
I have not heard from Melwood. I was appalled at the other reviews.
Why hasn't this place been shut down. Sexual abuse is illegal!!
