Mindbody Somatics

I have tried many different healing modalities and I find Lennon’s work to be particularly special. His work with somatics is incredibly powerful and helpful for creating a deeper relationship with the body. Lennon holds a safe container with much compassion and gentleness. He is kind and astute. He sees deeply and offers invitations for how to work with the body in a personalized way. I have noticed myself naturally integrating and transforming from the body work we have done together. So grateful to have found Lennon!

I had my first-ever somatic bodywork session with Lennon, and although I was initially scared, he created a space where I felt truly cared for, allowing me to open up to the depths of the experience. Even after a year of studying somatics, I had never felt anything like that in my body before. I wish I lived in California so I could book more sessions. I had such a great experience with Lennon! Especially as someone who prefers in-person sessions, he was very understanding and provided a safe space to do so. Appreciate all the tools he’s given me in terms of connecting my emotions/memories with how I hold them in my physical body. I am new to receiving body work and appreciate Lennon’s kind, attentive and clear communication throughout the session. After my sessions with Lennon I feel more grounded and that my body has released long held stress in places of habitual tension.

Lennon is a highly-skilled somatic bodyworker who brings depth, grounding, presence, and a keen sense of intuition (and much appreciated humor :) ) to sessions that have been transformative for me-- I have been able to release a lot of tension, some stuck emotions and open up to enhanced energy flow. For me, it means a lot to be able to trust a male bodyworker, and Lennon holds that trust with a lot of care and skill.

Lennon creates a space where you get to co-create the bodywork session together. He really supports the clients agency and self-determination through conversation and consent inside of sessions, which I find highly valuable as a femme body receiving bodywork from a male body. I felt held by Lennon's presence and commitment to my own growth in the session as he collaborated with me and his own practice and expertise.

Lennon's mind-bodywork is a great combination of physical support & emotional processing. I felt like I has in great hands and he made it easy for me to relax. I recommend working with him
