They are awesome- start to finish! My daughter designed the program for her grandpa’s funeral service and since I had no experience with this, I was very nervous that the photo front and 8 sides of inserts wouldn’t come out as she had envisioned . It came out perfectly- just like the screen on her expensive Mac:) For a visual old- school person like me, they even created a sample for me to see before I ok’d the project and the sample was amazing as well. They know their stuff and didn’t mind my graphic designer daughter FaceTiming into the conversation at the set up:) And I needed a fairly fast turnaround time as I was leaving in 4days for the funeral.
