I stopped in here to get my baby his birth certificate this morning and was helped by Jerri. She was an absolute doll, I could not have asked for someone who was more on it and hard working than her. I went to register my vehicle on my lunch break and there was a pretty substantial line (about 10-12 people in front of me). The clerks were fast, efficient, and friendly! I was registered and out of there with enough time to grab lunch on my way back to work!

Even with the current "Social Distancing" fiasco our country got itself into; the wait time was minimal. There are only five allowed in the hall at a time with the "Six Foot Rule" loosely in place. The limited staff on hand is doing a phenomenal job of quickly and efficiently processing customer information. Masks are recommend but not required👍👍.

I needed my birth certificate ASAP and jerri was extremely helpful. With working a full time job I was unable to go physically pick it up so she and I communicated through voicemail and email and got it taken care of in less than a day. She’s awesome!

I went in to renew my license plate tags and was out of there in about 7 minutes. The ladies were extremely friendly and smiling faces. 👍👍👍👍👍 Very quick.

I had to get my id but my birth certificate from Louisiana wasn't good enough. Thankfully I was able to get my id through my finger print. If not I would have to file a formal complaint with the states government
