The customer service experience was disappointing. I was surprised to learn that they don’t offer refunds for the Daily Profit Scanner. Most services provide a trial period or a money-back guarantee, which allows users to evaluate the product risk-free. If the product truly delivers value, there shouldn’t be a need to lock customers in without the option of a refund.

Stay Away! If you have an interest in joining request a profit and loss spreadsheet since their inception. I did after losing $5k in 6 months on their stock trade insights while using their trading practices. The spreadsheet they produced had a 1% profit since inception. Keep in mind that their entry price is the earliest entry price available, once the group starts buying that trade the price usually increases dramatically, so unless you are within 1% of their entry price you'll lose money as I did. Also be aware that win rate is a superfluous statistic. You can have a 1% gain on 75% of the trades, but keep in mind a 100% loss on the other 25% will leave you with a net loss. Most of the trade losses are a 100% losses, while they try to mitigate where possible. Keep in mind when they respond to this email, they will do their best to defend their service, but 26% of the reviews are 1 star because they all had a similar loss record to what I'm reporting.

I tried one of their trading platforms and didn’t like the results, 1 week later I asked to cancel and refund money. I wanted to try another product they so after a week or so didn’t like the results either so I asked to cancel and refund that one as well , they said they could only offer a credit on my account no refund on the second product, they still have not given me a refund on the first purchase either. Not a very honest firm apparently needing to take folks hard earned money. If that is what they are resorting to they must not be making money trading. Wish I would have read these reviews before I would have never signed up with them

This company does not deserve any trust. They canceled my service in the beginning of June 2024, promised to make a refund $2,100 but I am still waiting and did not receive any refund yet. After several calls I understood that they are trying to confuse me talking about some mythical procedure and evidently they do not want to make any refund to me. Now I am going to take some legal action against this dishonest company.

I signed up for 3 months and I executed virtually every trade that was recommended within the parameters suggested. I lost money on the vast majority of the trades. all the while, they were characterizing these trades as “wins“. When I inquired about this, I was told that they trade directly to the floor, and, as such, this may be why they got a good result when I got a poor one. this made no sense to me.
To make matters worse, while I was in this “try out” period they went on vacation and shut down for two weeks. When I called to discuss this, the gentleman handling my call was extremely rude and unhelpful . He didn’t want to discuss any “guarantee“ of profitable trades as advertised. Overall, this was a waste of time and a huge waste of money.

Don’t trust this company. This company is very bad. They only can give you lose a lot of money.. I want to cancel member. They said need to wait for 60 day and I wait for 60 days and they don’t give me cancer.After 60 day they said your member cannot credit back . They lie to Customer. I will tell my credit Card company to take back my credit.They said grantee 60 day credit back .

The guys who run this group, Bryan and Karim, are true professionals. They have a system set up here that is not hard to learn and you don’t have to be an expert to trade successfully. If anyone complains or is unhappy with the group they probably didn’t take the time to learn some simple basics that Bryan and Karim have set up. Everyone is suggested to start by paper trading (trading without using real money) for as long as it takes to get the hang of the terminology and “real time” trades. Usually about 2-3 weeks. These guys are on live with everyone every day and there are Moderators to help as well. They will walk you through every step of a trade. There are also people in this community who are real experts and they give out their own trades to make if I want to. I have done so well with some of these people that I would love to name them here and give them credit but I don’t know if I should since I haven’t asked them about that. I am learning more every day and have had some big wins. Last week Rite Aid was a 150% gain for example. I don’t win on every trade, nor do I expect to, but I win way more often than not and I would certainly recommend this group to others. Whether you like options or longer trades, there is something here for everyone.

I have been investing since the mid 1980's, have been successful but, there are always new things to learn, and new sources to learn from. Since joining Monument Traders Alliance, I have an entire new outlook on trading the options market.

I have been pulling down profits with an over-all average of $500 per entry, and none of these entries were held for any long length trading cycles. Just finished another week of the service, and although my entries were limited to just a handful this week, I still finished out the five day week with another $2200 in net gains.

My total experience with Monument Trading has been, rewarding, learning new things (even for an old guy like me) and extremely satisfying financially and emotionally.

Rules for investing still must be maintained and followed, as are required in any type of investments. Never risk funds that, you cannot afford to lose, always follow instruction, don't 'panic buy, or panic liquidate unless facts and numbers dictate to do so.

Common sense and some great market information is what I get from Monument Trading Alliance, and have been more than happy with everything I have done thus far with this fine service.

In just over a three month time frame the account has more than doubled in value...all with pretty much conservative entry and exit points...simply follow the rules (which at times I may not do---not recommended) and the results have been far more than I had expected to see.
