Over promise, under deliver, typical. Was a client of theirs for several years. They Were charging me more than $100 per month but barely bringing me one customer a month. I've done better building my own website for the first time. After 2 months I've generated more traffic and client orders directly booked through my website doing this for the first time. I don't see any reason to trust or pay them.

We use MoPro for two separate small business websites. From the building stage of the sites, to being able to get in touch with someone months later for changes a, updates and advice, MoPro is on point. Tetra, our rep was great to work with and very timely. After 1 year for two sites, very happy.

I would like to revamp my website with a one on one consultation as the representative promised me when I signed up with Mopro. I have been instructed to email all of my changes and I have many, as it is a revamp. The time and steps that I need to do to communicate my ideas is frustrating and time consuming. A simple few 30 minute conversations will suffice, I believe to complete the revamp and express my ideas clearly. Whatever happened to direct live communication with a person? Frustrated current customer. Other than that, yall are ok for a website host service. Doesn't feel like a true partnership to me. By the way,, I sent an email expressing the request for consultation and I didn't receive a reply. I did receive another text asking for a review. So. Hopefully this gets answered. LM

I think the idea is there. But we're missing the mark. Social media posts have gotten gag worthy and too cheesy for the level of customer I'm targeting.

Website hosting is fine, but I can't say my website has gotten as much traffic as before.

Best feature Mopro has for me has been collecting reviews and getting them streamlined to my google profile.

For the most part I have been fairly satisfied with Mopro. I have, however, repeatedly asked for help with being able to update my blog and events calendar and have not gotten any response. It is also irritating that you submit a request for changes and they send an email and close out the request before you can review OR comment on the update you requested. So if they did NOT complete what you asked, did it wrong or you don’t like it, you must go out in an entire new request to fix it! That is ridiculous to me. I have recently been approached about switching over to a new company for 1/2 the price, at this point I have turned it down however if things don’t get better soon I may decide to change.
