Mountain Vista Postal& More

I recently visited the new MV postal service in town and was disappointed with the poor customer service. A sign on their door misleadingly indicated that they don’t accept QR codes for Amazon and FedEx, but the staff member clarified that they do not accept any QR codes. However, this information was not clearly posted. The staff member's unprofessional demeanor and discussion about customer unawareness of their QR code policy was concerning. To improve transparency, I suggest posting a clear sign stating 'We do not accept any QR codes.' Due to this experience, I intend to take my business to Victorville, despite having been a loyal customer at the previous location. If I could give zero stars I would. The lady in there was awful.

I love it here! I always get a text letting me know my package arrived. The owner is very helpful if you need help with something.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! I asked them to make copies for me and prepaid for them over the phone and asked them, I get 2 copies of each image I sent over to them via email and they printed two images on each paper and charged me .when I called the girl, she said they do that to save them paper and ink. When I brought up the issue to the owner she laughed and said, “ well what do you want me to do?” She cursed at me and degraded me as a customer and told me, “ I should have printed them at Walmart instead.” These were important court papers and now I can’t use them and she also stated that I should be grateful she did the job for me at all. I would not use them again. Very unprofessional and would give them ZERO stars if I could. She claimed they are for the small town we live in but her attitude showed different. I will take the advice and go to UPS or Walmart next time. Will never spend another penny there!!
