I was looking forward to reading Napa auto parts… for the price and nostalgia for our 1992 suburban. Ordered online with a 30 minute pick up expectation. After completing purchase, pick up changed to next day. Called the store to confirm my order/ETA. They could not be bothered to even ask my name, but promised me 8am my order would be ready for pick up. I called around 11am to confirm my order again, told to call later, order not ready and possibly waiting until Monday. Unacceptable. Waited for manager/delivery associate on duty (who by the way deserves a raise and promotion for being the manager on the weekends. Eddie swapped delayed items for in stock items and we moved on to do our tune up. Thank you Eddie for your help.
Keep you all posted on the actual results. Turns out most of her replacement parts have been from NAPA

Only go if you can deal with someone with parts knowledge. My last visit was horrible, I received parts that were used and had an Incompetent parts runner tell me about parts and auto diagnostics that I knew more about than him. The parts runner had claimed to have been there about 8 years yet he didn't know what he was talking about. I'm guessing the parts runner was placed in the parts sales position just because he had been there 8 years. I have no clue why anybody would place someone without knowledge in the parts sales position.

They always get the parts right. Only down side is some parts take a long time to arrive, and make sure to double check your parts before leaving- sometimes the parts are used/returns.
They are also very good about fixing this issue, warranty exchanges and regular exchanges. They are also very kind at this location. And accurate on getting correct parts

Really wanted to rate it at 3 stars due to a very limited inventory in the store but the counter person went out of his way to help me look for the part I needed and answer all my questions.
Parking is not ideal. It's shared with two other businesses. One being a lawnmower parts and repair and they have several mowers in their portion of the lot and their clients usually tow large utility trailers.
Overall A for customer service effort but Its an older store that doesn't really entice you to look around and shop for more than what you came for.
