This is THE BEST ID Card office in the DoD, hands down, no if ands or buts about it. The staff is cheery, efficient, eager help and get you on your way. If you have to drive an hour to get there - it’s totally worth it. They need to clone the Annapolis ID Card office staff.

Incredibly quick and friendly service. We went there this morning (as a walk-in; no appointment). We walked in at 8AM (when they opened) and were walking back out the door by 8:20 with my daughter's renewed dependent ID card.
