Won’t let me cancel. On the phone for 27 minutes, repeating the word CANCEL. Paper still comes 2 weeks later. Now I will have to call my credit card to cancel. These people suck.

The E-Edition needs some serious tech support. Some of the sections come up grayed out and you have to wait for it to clear. About half way through the paper, you have to refresh to be able to continue reading. If you enlarge an article, you have to arrow back before you can go forward.

I found out that the news press has been charging me for over a year for a subscription that we canceled when we moved. I called to cancel and I was repeatedly refused to be allowed to do this and pressured on the phone to keep the subscription at a house we no longer live at. It took me three calls to customer service and I am still not sure that the subscription is canceled. I thought only Comcast and loan sharks operated like this. Shady business, news-press! Someone should do a story on the robberies you are committing.

Cannot cancel without talking to a representative. Tried to cancel subscription online through my online account, by chat and by email. Called many times wait time 35 to 50 minutes, left message/number to call back and never received a call back. I guess I'm stuck with this paper!!! Will need to go to the office in person to cancel.

While the content of the newspaper is good, we are very frustrated with the quality of the delivery service. At least once a month we are skipped. When it rains, our newspaper is often soping wet. On Sunday mornings there is an automated answering service when we call to report that we have been skipped again. The service will state that a newspaper will be delivered but that never happens.

Please, hire a proofreader. Too many grammar errors. Too many spelling errors. Too many punctuation errors. I applaud what you are covering, however, I can not accept bad writing. Journalists are held accountable for good investigative skills as well as quality writing. This has been going on for a long time.
