Shawn and Tammy are great! This the second time we have worked with them and they have gone over the top to help sell our house and then find us a home we are going to raise our kids in. They give honest feedback and are great communicators throughout the entire process. They were patient with us looking at homes and would always drop what they were doing to take us to a showing. Shawn Tammy Carroll are the Best Real Estate Brokers/agents in Montrose and the surrounding area. They gave us 100% of their attention, 100% of the time. We recently had the pleasure of working with Tammy and Shawn in purchasing our new home in Montrose. Although we have extensive experience in all phases of real estate from lending,
building, developing, and leasing it was important to find reliable, experienced, representation with a high level of integrity .
