Jake Shannon and his team are the best coaches I've found with the wealth of knowledge, relentless drive and openness to share everything they can to help you grow your business. I was lucky enough to be coached by Jake himself and it's no lie to say that I've never found anyone who cares so much in helping someone succeed. He has introduced concepts, books and systems into my business that help like you can't believe! As the owner of a startup it's challenging navigating the waters to success and having a coach who has the map and is so willing to steer you in the right direction is priceless. I consider him part of my success story and if I ever write a book his teachings will certainly be a chapter! Love this guy and all he's done to push me.

Jake Shannon is an amazing human and coach. He knows what it takes to be successful on both a micro and macro level. He does not candy coat feedback and has the hard conversations and exercises needed for success. He creates individual and team accountability. His consulting is invaluable. If you want to have more success and satisfaction hire him immediately. You will thank me later.

I was referred to Jake by a good friend of mine and brought him on to help a very high quality whiskey distillery I worked for that was struggling to take their business to the next level. From the 1st meeting and team conference call; Jake's incredible level of drive, passion and ability to motivate was apparent and he gave the distillery team quite a "spark"! Throughout the process, Jake was able to dive in and pick apart what was working, what wasn't working and gave clear instruction and guidance on how to change that for guaranteed success. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to massively level up their business or any aspect of their life! A++++

Jake's mentorship has enabled and motivated me to make a lot of progress with my financial life. In less than a year I was able to get a much better job, publish my first book, close on my first house, and develop a coaching business plan. I highly recommend Jake's coaching services.
