I have no idea about the quality of the programs, but the delivery and customer service is terrible. I think the people there want to help, but the system is poorly set up.

I ordered the main program, and one of the upgrades offered.

It took 2 days for me to get access to the "instant" digital course online.

After three days and two calls to customer service, I still do not have access to the upgrade program.

After sending a followup email to customer service, I received an answer saying they consolidated my two orders onto one account. I logged in just now and BOTH programs are missing!

Maybe the physical products will actually show up and be helpful. I don't know yet. But so far my customer experience with their process has been frustrating, and I would not want to put any of my friends through this.

I have been a subscriber of this service for around 10 years, and up until the past couple of weeks, I have been very happy with the service and reading the information put out by Dr Micozzi.

However without any explanation, and out of the blue, comes a statement to the fact that they will no longer be publicising any further information from Dr Micozzi forth with.

I have requested the reason for this on numerous emails to no avail, and more to the point, with total ambivilance to my question.

It is now quite obvious, that this organisation has now proven that it shows no care whatsoever for its long term members.

Hence I have now unsubscribed.

I don't expect a response from this tagged review either!

They presented a long webinar by Dr. Pescatori constantly saying that at the end, we would be offered a special opportunity to participate in a more informative series with the doctor, which was not available once they stopped talking. They referred to Nattokinase by a little known brand name, then claimed that it was not readily available locally. Health stores here carry it snd it is readily available online.

That women talked for an hour and when I tried to order the plan your
platform tried to sell me a bunch of other stuff. Then before I could
finish my order that women came back on and started another blab-fest!
I have other things to get done so I had to give up'
