Had the worst experience in this store, wouldn’t recommend anyone to do shipping needs or supplies here. I basically got chewed out for having too many of the free boxes, which I didn’t know were free at the time I never ship anything out that often. Was told I could take a couple but not all of them and that they are specially ordered, if that’s the case you should have a sign stating that for people who don’t know. I didn’t take any because it wasn’t helpful I needed more than what I was allowed to apparently take and then asked where I can buy these same boxes and she with an attitude pointed at a corner in the store. I decided to leave and go to a place with better customer service and one where I wouldn’t leave in tears. I understand it’s the holidays and it’s stressful but I don’t appreciate people treating others with disrespect and annoyance. I

Friendly, professional, and quick fax service! I needed to send an important fax and am thankful that they were open during the Covid-19 pandemic. Not only was pricing fair (even included my fax cover page at no charge) but best of all, I wasn’t charged for a printed confirmation page!

‘Pack & Ship Plus’ is conveniently located in the shopping plaza on the SOUTH-WEST corner of Austin Bluffs and Academy. Easy in/out access via a traffic light on Austin Bluffs (just west of Academy).

They have a nice selection of professional-level machines and technology. They are definitely setup to accommodate more than your basic printing and copying needs. On a side note, I was impressed at how clean and organized the store was.

Holly did an amazing job packing up my childhood memorabilia, making sure everything was safe and secure. She was incredibly sweet and kind throughout the entire process, always making sure I felt comfortable and at ease. First time going there so i called to confirm they were open for FEDEX drop offs. The guy Mike answered the phone and said, "If it's got a shipping label. We can scan it. Just can't scan QR codes." Great voice, cute older guy. Gorgeous store. Knick knacks and all the shipping supplies you could ask for.

Fabulous experience as always. The people there are extremely friendly and helpful. I have used their services close to 20 times over the past couple months and it is wonderful each time. I have a small business where I ship large boxes every few days. They always are extremely helpful and know the best way to transport items. They sometimes put extra padding or tape on the box to ensure it makes it there safely. They told me it’s not a problem. That is the “Plus” in their name and they do it because they want it to arrive the way it was sent. I recently got a few reviews from my business and they actually complimented the packaging and shipping. That made me laugh because I think they were more impressed with the box than what was inside. Thanks for the assist. Best prices in town too. I’ve compared and it is always several dollars cheaper through them. Can’t say enough about how great they are. Check ‘em out for anything you need to ship.
