I was looking for some medical books but I didn’t find it anywhere so I kept on searching in google where I could get those books finally I found out the book store “Paras Book Shop” as soon as I found I took down the number and called him.
The guy who’s Rajsingha Roy picked up the called and we had a small conversation about those books and I do really like the way how he responded my call.
Also, his service style is very fast and energetic ?
After that I confirmed to buy it couples of books then I asked him to book a dunzo
The dunzo guy delivered to my doorstep safely

TERRIBLE experience! Working at NIMHANS and definitely expected better service. They promised us books for an event involving government officials and did not deliver until 5 days later. No one received the call or responded to messages even though it was clearly mentioned that the matter was urgent. Overpromised and underdelivered. Request those ordering online to not expect a timely delivery - especially if you're from a national institute! Horrid experience, go for someone more reliable!!

I have a horrible experience in Paras Medical Bookstore in Bangaluru with the shop keeper Mr Roy there. I work as a ICU consultant in UK. In last week of january I was visiting Bangaluru and went to Paras and met Mr Roy whom I asked for the latest edition of Vincen text book of Critical Care(2023 edition). He gladly maintional it is available and packed the book for me. I paid Rs 9500/- . I always had esteem about Paras Medical Book stores from my past experience in Hyderabad. Therefore, I didn't open the book to check it. When I came back to the hotel and unpack the book I found it to be previous edition 2017. Immediately I called Mr. Roy and told hem the issue but he behaved roudly and denied for any refund or exchange. Next day my flight was in the evening and I called him in the morning humbly requesting to change the book. Again Mr. Roy was very abrupted and rejected my requested outright. Later I came to know From paras Hyderabad that book can be exchanged if there is a problem the same day or day after. Therefore, I advised everybody to be careful about Paras Bengaluru as long as Mr. Roy is there.

I have even checked for availability of stock on whatsapp and they have been very helpful ?
Prithvi bookstore which people find useful was very rude to me...so I prefer Paras and also for their good services as mentioned above 🙂
