I wanted to share this recent experience I have had dealing with the Parker Printing & Packaging Team personally. I came into town for an IT conference and our marketing material from head office did not make it (got lost by the shipping company). I have called a number of printing companies in the area to see if they can get us out of a pickle with RUSH service! The Parker Printing team really came through with high quality, very reasonably priced in a matter of a couple hours (in time for our conference). Michael from Sales Department was professional, understood our needs and urgency and got it done! This has been a phenomenal experience overall and I would highly recommend their team! Our business was in need of new client presentation folders. What we've had in the past were ones that were navy blue in color with our company logo foil-stamped in silver on the front along with our logo and contact info foil stamped on the back, and cuts inside to hold two business cards.

After getting quotes from 2 other printers, I came across Parker Printing in Fountain Valley. When I called, Michael Hawks answered the phone. He listened and understood immediately what I was looking for. I liked that Parker Printing was a long-standing business and that Michael himself seemed very experienced. Within a couple of days, he sent me a quote, which unfortunately came back Higher than anyone else's. Disappointed, I let him know this, and he said this was because of the cardstock I had selected. He said, "Let me see what other options I can find for you" and he got back to me with a quote that came in Half the Price of the first cardstock, and less than I had been quoted by the other printers - by selecting a cardstock which ended up printing Beautifully.

During pre-production, Michael sent mock-ups of the folder for me to approve, and he and the Parker Printing Team delivered -On-Time - folders that everyone here is Extremely Happy with.

Great Customer Service. Great Finished Product. We Couldn't have asked for more, and now plan to use Parker Printing for all of our printing needs.

This was my first experience working with parker printing and they did a great job with my business cards. Michael took the time to review the proof and make the necessary adjustment to make sure that the printed card looked good and the color came out just the way I wanted.
