Do not use this company!!!!! This is a false company that has also worked under Amzn Publishers posing to be part of Amazon. They use AI and do not perform any of the services they list. A publishing company is not supposed to charge you for publishing your book. Do not be fooled by their tactics. Check their logo, their email, look them up on LinkedIn, you will find they are false and do not exist. We had a "Frank" and "Mark" try to upsell us and "fly us out to NY to recors a video - ick so gross I know) tell us they will send copies of books (they wanted us to pay for 50 books to sit in some imaginary warehouse. They sent books using another self-publishing company. They did not edit. They tried to fool us about having them make us a website even though I have a marketing background. They stay so calm in these high pressure and emotional circumstances. They do not care. They get off on robbing people. They think they can fool people who do not know how anybof these processes work. Look on Reddit and Facebook and see the numerous victims. Please report these people to the BBB, dispute the charge on your credit card.

Unfortunately I got scammed! I wrote a book, first one for me and called this company. They got a lot of money out of me, a lot! I didn't know. I did research but they made it seem like they were the actual penguin publishing company which they are not. I should say "were not" because every single # I have for them is now disconnected. They are complete scum! I did publish my book, The Parents breaking generational cycles but, I got dupped in the process. Now I have no way of getting in contact with them or retrieving my money.
