I don’t usually write reviews, but Erika deserves a 5 star review. She is great. I lost around 50 lbs since I started with her as my coach. Not only She helped me reach my ideal weight, but when I reached my weight, even though I’m a Lifetime member with Weight Watchers (it’s free) I decided to pay to continue in maintenance with Erika . She listens to you and helps you in giving advice to do things that will help you achieve your goal. I recommend her 100%.

I have been working with Erika for more than 3 months! She has been so supportive through my journey with weight loss as well as so understanding. I’ve had a lot of challenges since I started with the loss of my step father as well as having to be on medications that caused weight gain, not to mention the holiday temptations. Although I have reached my goal yet she has continued to be a voice of reason as well as of encouragement! She reminds me to be kind to myself when I’m dealing with challenges.
