Rick is the best!

I went to have prints for a school project. Being new to photography and prints. I have LOTS of questions. He helped me with all the questions I can think of and he is very patient, and knowledgeable (expert in the field!). Thanks Rick! I learned a lot!

Rick helped me get my photos ready for the funeral video of my father. I brought in multiple media sources and didn’t know how to make it all work. Rick set me at ease. He even moved up the delivery date before the holiday weekend, then personally showed me how to put all the photo on my phone and how to edit them. Would never have been able to finish without his help.

Once again, Rick is my hero. Several years ago he assisted me in correcting a time sensitive project I was stressed over. This time it was something not as important but really made me happy. I needed passport photos. I went to Triple A and at the risk of sounding incredibly vain, left with photos that were terrible (I mean really terrible). I was trying to convince myself this just wasn’t important enough to have them redone, but they were really really bad. I stopped by Ricks shop and left with 100% better photos and he even stapled them on the paperwork for me. Rick is such a pleasure to work with and always goes above and beyond for his customers.
