Absolutely unprofessional and dishonest.
Beware: this company will keep your card on file and may charge you weeks or months later, even if no work is done. The technician’s performance, customer service, and billing practices all reflect a poorly run, dishonest operation. I do not recommend them under any circumstances.

I contacted Pinellas Computers on 2/28/25 to fix a blurry display—that was the only issue. They sent a technician on 3/3/25 who showed up completely unprepared, bringing only a USB stick and a screwdriver to diagnose a display issue. He couldn’t do anything without basic tools like an HDMI cable, and the appointment ended with the understanding that no service had been performed. The office confirmed this and assured me I would not be charged.

Then, OVER ONE MONTH LATER, on 3/25/25, they quietly ran my card and billed me $120 for a service that never happened. When I called to address the unauthorized charge, the owner initially agreed to reverse it. But once I explained why I could not give them a positive review, he became defensive, hostile, and told me to “take it up with your bank.” He later sent an aggressive and condescending message that went well beyond professional disagreement.

In my opinion, the owner suffers from serious emotional or mental instability, as shown by his irrational outburst and over-the-top reaction to fair criticism of how his business operates. His behavior was unprofessional, erratic, and clearly personal. This is not someone who should be dealing with the public. The man needs help—seriously.

It’s important to note that this company is NOT BBB accredited and has been featured on Ripoff Report multiple times, which I unfortunately discovered after the fact. That alone should be a red flag to anyone considering their services.

I just ordered a custom gaming PC and the whole process was an absolute pleasure. I came in with a list of components I wanted with a target budget and they knocked it out of the park! Everything I wanted exactly how I wanted it, and they even stuck to my budget estimate almost exactly. After taking it home i discovered a very minor oversight in the build and they took full responsibility and corrected it immediately. Superb service and professionalism at fair prices. The whole crew is amazing, and special kudos to Ethan, Bob and Ryan in particular. 100% recommended!
