Planet Ghostwriting was initially hired as the copy editor for the first book in my mystery fiction series. It was my first series, and I was quite nervous. However, the writer I was assigned to did a fantastic job, and the company expanded to include more help. Putting my faith in their skill and dedication was one of my best decisions as a writer. I understand that the number of modifications I request can make me a difficult client and that my mystery series needs big developmental alterations to make sense. They did, however, meet all of my requests without irritation, and I recommend them for all your writing needs. They will maintain their word and go above and above to ensure your pleasure. This company Doesn't Know What They Are Doing. They'll take your money, but can't deliver and ask for more money with empty promises. All I got from this company was headache, frustration and a loss of more money I'm too embarrassed to state.....trying to get my refund for about a month or more now, but I keep getting the run around! Now noone will answer my phone calls or messages, and Peter Smith hung up on me today. Yes, I was yelling at him about getting my refund and I'm angry because they won't give me straight answers, they lie and refuse to direct me to someone authorized to refund money. Then he tried selling me $3,000 more for another "package" ...that incident was last week when I told him my problems with this company and wanting directed to someone who can get my refund issued....
I truly feel this company are scammers.
They honestly can't illustrate a children's book nor follow page to page story line in order to skillfully pull off a simple child's book.
They haven't returned my money.
Please don't give your money or time to this company!!!! You will regret it immensely!!!!

Ghosted by my ghostwriter. This company is a rip-off. I contracted with them to write a book with me and had a terrible experience. We got through the second chapter when I started having enough misgivings about the quality and project management that I wanted to stop. Why? I provided an outline for the book they didn’t follow. I provided edits that weren’t incorporated. I attended calls to review my edits where the PM thought we were creating an outline. I let them know I wanted to end the project and that’s when things started to get strange. I asked for a partial refund thinking it was fair to compensate them for the time they had spent. This kicked off several months of having the same conversation with different people who tried to pass themselves off as being the same person. First it was Marcus. But, Marcus had no recall of previous conversations we’d had. Then it was Michael. And the conversation was always the same: I understand your frustration, give me a chance to make it better, I am new and you can trust me (even though they passed themselves off as the previous person at the beginning of the call)… Finally, when I said I absolutely wanted a refund, they would say they’d take it back to their team. And that’s when I’d get ghosted. After weeks I called back and the same thing would happen. Be forewarned.
