Disappointing service and quality.
I had an unfortunate experience with both the print quality and customer service at this location. When I arrived to pick up my $61 poster, it wasn’t packaged properly—just loosely rolled and held with two strips of paper, sitting on the floor. The edges were unevenly cut, and when I checked the print, I noticed it had significant wrinkles and creases. When I pointed this out, the staff member explained that “it’s paper, so it’s like this.” I found this response disappointing, especially considering the cost and the noticeable flaws. This is artwork meant to be hung on a prominent wall in my home, where quality is important.

They agreed to reprint it, but I had to wait an extra 45 minutes, which was inconvenient given my schedule. Unfortunately, the second print had similar issues with poorly cut edges, and while rolling it up, it became creased again. At that point, I had to leave, and despite asking if they could wrap it in protective paper, I was only given two strips of paper. I’ve purchased many art prints before, and this was one of the more disappointing experiences in terms of both service and product quality.
