Polly is incredibly insightful and understands very thoroughly the way the mind can trap us into loops and blocks that prevent us from moving forward. She provided practical and motivational tools to keep me uplifted and inspired that allowed me to change my mindset to live in peace, be happy, and see the world from a different perspective. This has allowed me to easily work on my goals towards the right path. The hypnosis sessions she did with me were so unbelievably relaxing.
