Trash customer service. I reached out to ask them to stop mailing junk mail to our house because we never signed up for it and we get this huge magazine each month. I can’t even get a response from them. Please stop killing trees to send out unsolicited junk mail. I purposely boycott anyone who still uses direct mail for environmental reasons. It’s 2024, stop marketing like it’s 1980.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We get the Longmont Times Call, or tried to get it, in Longmont. We paid for 26 weeks of paper. When we finally remembered we had subscribed it was several weeks into the time period and they said they couldn't do anything to credit because you have to report it on the same day. Their customer service is worthless and doesn't help at all. I sent an email to prairie mountain media and no response. Do not subscribe to Longmont Times Call they don't deliver papers.

I made the mistake of subscribing to the Boulder Daily Camera. It is literally impossible to stop delivery of this paper. I occasionally go on vacation and need to have the paper stopped so they do not pile up in my driveway. I started trying to get it stopped over two months ago. I have called their customer service office six times receiving a promise that action would be taken. I have written them six times with no result. I have visited their office twice pleading that the paper stop--no action taken. I have posted big signs in my driveway saying to stop delivery with no action taken--in fact the paper was placed neatly in front of the sign. It has now been nine weeks and I am still getting the paper every day.

I cannot say enough good things about Prairie Mountain Media. We have worked with other SEO/SEM companies and had less than desirable results. Working with Prairie Mountain Media has increased the traffic to our website and resulted in the quality leads we want to get from the internet. Wasted $4,000 for 1 month of marketing with absolutely no results. Horrible marketing company to expect a small business to pay that kind of money and their response was "you need to give it at least 3 months". So I need to drop $12k and then hope I finally get results? I switched to another marketing company that charged me $3,000 and got me 3 times as many leads and they were actually quality leads. In the first month.

Terrible delivery service. Two years of complaining about the lack of customer service. We live on a rural route on the east side of longmont and we can't get delivery about 25% of the time. When we do it's in the paper box maybe 10% of the time. Usually on the ground or in the borrow ditch. Sometime on the road.
Terrible company to do business with. Take your advertising dollars somewhere else.
