Premiere Prep has helped me so much with everything regarding college, and made things so much easier for me! Julie was my college counselor and she was, and still is, so kind and helpful. Coming unhappily from another college counselor in the area, I was especially impressed by the services at Premiere Prep! My consultation with the owner Justin and sessions with my counselor Julie were professional, timely, clear, and informative. Julie helped me tremendously with my application, giving me clear assignments to complete before each session, guiding me as I researched deeper into different colleges, and providing me with honest advice as I formed my college list of reach, safety, and match schools. Julie also helped me craft additional components to add to strengthen my application- things that I had never would have even thought to create. I was accepted to my dream school and #1 choice through Early Decision. I couldn't have done it without Premiere Prep's help! I highly recommend Premiere Prep to any high schooler looking for guidance throughout the college application process.

We were totally shocked that my daughter ended up with 2 UC’s and 5 private universities on waitlist this year. Indeed nowadays college application isn’t like we did back then. In fact, not even like 1-2 years ago due to a huge surge in UC applicants this year. Unlike most prep centers only trying to allure you to their long term courses, Justin did a one-on-one session with my daughter focusing on her near term goal - getting off waitlist. He asked a number of Qs before the meeting and entered the session well prepared. With his past experience as college app reader, Justin thoroughly analyzed weakness in my daughter’s UC / common app, advised on how to approach LOCI, and even threw in another 30-min zoom follow-up session. I wish I had known Justin earlier. Highly recommended.

I started working with Premiere Prep during my junior year of high school and all I can say is that I wish I had the opportunity to start earlier during my first year of high school. Without the assistance and guidance from the counselors I would not have been able to get into as many schools as I did. With the extensive volume of applications I submitted, Premiere Prep was there to help me throughout the entire process. While my friends were stressed trying to submit their applications I was much more prepared and relaxed throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them to any high school student out there!

It is getting harder and harder for kids nowadays to get into a good college. That is why we decided to utilize the services of Premiere Prep for all three of our children. Two are currently in excellent universities (and loving it!) and our third child will be entering his vital junior year in high school. Early on we noticed that the counselors at the public high schools were overloaded with work and didn’t have the time to give one on one attention to each and every student. Therefore as parents, we decided to explore other avenues to help our children to become better informed and prepared with what was needed to qualify for the many different choices available for colleges. The counselors from Premiere Prep are very knowledgeable and personable and spent time to get to know each of our children personally and to find out what their goals and interests were. Based on this input and soliciting input from us (the parents), Premiere Prep mapped out an academic plan tailored for each child to follow. Using this plan as the basis, the counselor came to our house and spent several hours each month to make sure our children were on track with their plan. From time to time, adjustments to the plan were made based on inputs from each meeting. The counselors tailored each child’s plan according to their strengths and desires…definitely not a cookie cutter program! Finally, when it came down to the crazy senior year in high school, we didn’t have to deal with all the stress of the college application process because Premiere Prep had been working side by side with our children early on and we knew our children were confident, ready and prepared. We highly recommend parents with children entering high school to utilize Premiere Prep’s extensive services. Less stress for the parents and definitely a competitive advantage for your child!

Premiere Prep has been very instrumental in helping me to navigate through the murky waters of college preparation. With college application and acceptance becoming so competitive, help from Premiere Prep has been very valuable. As a parent (who has not been in high school or college for a LONG time), I've learned about how to plan the best schedule of classes for my high school student, what colleges are looking for in students, and how to do it all without becoming overwhelmed. Premiere Prep counselors are caring and real people who will get to know your child personally. There are many options for you to choose from. You can purchase various packages where your child will get the best support he or she needs in order to get ready for college. The Senior Procrastinator packages are awesome in case you realize, a little later, that you really need more help than you had thought. It is a small company so response time is quick, and the support from the counselors/owner are thoughtful and helpful.

In such a competitive environment when it comes to colleges, it can be very difficult to know what to do. Luckily I had Premiere Prep, which helped me unlock my full potential as a high school student. Without the help of my counselor, I would not have gotten admission offers to USC, UC Berkeley, UCLA, or Boston College. Premiere Prep is a fantastic program because it starts when you are a Freshman. I think that it's absolutely crucial to start preparing and planning early, and Premiere Prep does just that. My counselor was very supportive of everything I did, but at the same time gave me their honest opinion based on their experiences, which helped me shape my goals early on. He motivated me to be the best person I could be, and answered all my questions. I felt as though I had a leg up on everyone else because I had access to quality information and a personalized experience, as opposed to the typical "parent gossip" that people tend to spread. From resume writing, to motivational talks, to making sure that all components of the college application were completed, my counselor was always there for me. Weekly check ins through email, phone calls, and other forms of communication taught me how to act in a professional environment, and I always felt ready for interviews/essays. He took the stress out of the process and I am very happy as I don't think I would be close to where I am today without him. I would highly recommend Premiere Prep to anybody looking to unlock their full potential, as their program gives you everything you need to do that both personally, and professionally. My counselor was not only a teacher, but also a friend, and someone whom I trust very much, which was the most beneficial component for me.
