Scammer! They've been publishing a book for Past 13 months! and haven't published yet! the book is just sitting in their hands! Very bad at responding!

They have had my book 12 months I call and they said its completed then 2 to 3 weeks later they say it's not completed they had had my book well over 10 months then last month they said that they need 200 more dollars because they have to buy the iBSN and I barcode they just started having to buy will never use the company again. I have talked to the representative Zack Smith every week he keeps saying be done by end of week since I sent my book talked to higher people in the company and still nothing I have 10 more books that are ready to be published and would have used them but they have scammed me I paid them $500 dollars never again this company is a Scam

This company is the not responsive or helpful. I have been waiting for things that are in my contract for months. Now when I try to contact the person who is supposed to be available to assist me I can never get a call back, text, email. This hybrid publisher is worthless to me right now. And I paid them thousands of dollars. They don't even rate a star, but it would not let me post the comment if I didn't choose a rating. Very disappointed.
