BEST PRINT SHOP EVER. In the day and age of blind outsourcing / shifty print websites with crap quality, this place is a total diamond in the rough. Mark is the man. Honestly, blown away by how helpful and attentive he and his team were. From answering questions at length over the phone to offering formatting support... speedy, quality printing AND reasonable pricing— How could you ask for anything more? Working with Mark not only helped my project come to life, but it helped restore my faith not just in small business, but in humanity. Will absolutely be back.

Art of the Story

For my art novel, I've had horrible experiences with various print shops in LA so finding this place was a true breath of fresh air, Rita and Mark will go the extra mile and as fast as possible.

They're patient too, I had to burn through a few proofs before finding the perfect design and Mark set up an amazing custom embossing job on the cover for me. (With requested parts of the image popping out)

Also got bookmarks and playing cards printed here, looked epic.

FYI amazon print on demand won't do more than 100 pages if you have color artwork. And I've heard lots of horror stories about color being off from the cover. Plus how can you do a custom embossing with them?

Mark and his team have been very efficient and communicative with my book project. Mark has helped me learn the basic standards to make the document for the book, so I have learned a lot from him. They printed my 90-book order in 4 business days! No complications on their end. I was the inexperienced one, and this company was kind enough to teach me. Good price for a bulk of 90 copies, as well. They let us pay half for the sample day, and pay the rest the day for pick-up.

I recently wrote a children's book called Picky Possum Marbles and self-published it on KDP/Amazon. When I received my proof copy, I was incredibly disappointed with KDP's print quality. So I decided to call around to some local book printers. Mark at Print Connection LLC offered me a same day appointment, so that I could come in, see samples of their work, and then get a quote based on the materials I choose.

While I was at the shop, I met with Mark and Alex. They offered to print sample pages from my book so that I could see exactly what it would look like when printed. What really impressed me about the process is how Alex reviewed my files and made adjustments before printing the samples, in order to yield the best results. He even brought out two separate prints to show as a side by side comparison. Alex didn't have to do that, he could have just printed my files as is, but he didn't. I was so pleased with their work ethic, materials, and print quality that I ended up placing an order for 250 copies of my book.

Turn around time was also really quick. I went in on a Thursday afternoon to approve the proof and pay, and Mark let me know that my order would be ready on Monday afternoon for pick up. Sure enough, I stopped by on Monday after work and picked up my order. I really can't say enough about how satisfied I am with quality and service I received at Print Connection LLC.

I wi definitely be back for printing as soon as I'm done with my second children's book!!!

I wanted a smaller quantity amount of books just to sample out my books. This was the best place to get them printed at without costing so much. Oh! might I add, I got my books printed within 3 days! Everyone is super nice and they make sure they print out exactly what you want. They even fixed my cover and back cover to fit perfectly for the size of books that I wanted. Honestly, I almost cried when I came to pick up my books. Something about someone executing your vision perfectly just puts a huge smile on your face. I would recommend everyone to get their books printed here! You will not be disappointed. I'm glad I found them!
