All signs in the window said open. Then small sign when you get up says “closed will return at 9:30”

If you’re closed, turn off the open sign.

Usually a good experience, but went today after looking at hours on Google. They were closed before 2pm (stated on google), and before 4pm (stated on sign on the door). Hopefully, they can get the hours fixed so people don't waste time and gas driving to their store only to find them closed.

I went to this business to pick up a Nespresso order that was shipped there directly from Nespresso because they offer a service to have your order shipped FREE to participating businesses. The owner told me to NOT have my Nespresso order shipped to her business again or else she’ll have to charge me because I don’t have a PO Box there. I was very shocked by her statement. I said, ma’am, all I did was elect this store as a shipping destination directly from the NESPRESSO website. Her business populated as one of the participating businesses. I told her she may want to take that up with Nespresso. Again, she reaffirmed, “well, I’m just letting you know to not do this again because I will charge you next time”. I had something else in my hand that I actually needed to ship but I chose not to because of her poor attitude. I called Nespresso & they apologized for her behavior. They were confused as to why she would’ve acted that way since she was listed on their website as a shipping point. Word of mouth is everything & how you treat people goes a long way. Needless to say, won’t be returning & definitely won’t recommend this business.

Awesome little shop! It's so much easier to get in and out than to drive to a UPS store for all my online sales! The owner is SO friendly and helpful. I really enjoy talking with her when I go in! It's a small, local, family owned business and I am so happy to see them here. I hope people will come and bring them the support with any of the packages they can drop off. They can't take the the QR codes but they can receive emails with the labels and print them out if you forget!

This shipping center is staffed by its owner and she went out of her way to help me track down a package I tried to get out via FedEx yesterday.

I had to make a return (the prior day) and she provided the packing materials required to get the shipment ready for dispatch. She didn’t charge me anything. She provided the service at her own expense.

I’m grateful and I’ll be sure to send more business her way.
