My friend recommended me to mail International documents through DHL because tracking is provided until the receiver or an authorized person receives it. She had a bad experience from another carrier. Google sent me to this place and I am so thankful. Kathy, one of the associates, helped me through the entire process because this is my first time mailing through DHL. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place?

I had a small, single copy, rush order and their customer service was amazing!
Plus, they have a selection of gift/crafty items to purchase. Even if you don't need a copy/print service, stop in and take a look at everything else they have.

A wonderful store with such friendly and helpful staff. I've had a very positive experience each time I've gone to ship something or to have items printed. Each person who has waited on me has been so helpful and given excellent advice. My recent small print job was done to perfection and I felt as though they treated it as the biggest thing in their day. It was important to me...so they treated it as important to them to give it the best possible effort. I also like their line of small gifts and great greeting cards. A lot to admire about this fine store!

I'm sorry to leave this review, but I ordered a print and it came out so unprofessional. And it was over priced in my opinion. Colors were wrong, and some pages of my booklet were black and white, which is not what I ordered. It was also in the wrong orientation. Just not what I hoped!
