I would advise caution when considering business with this establishment. As a film producer, I frequently collaborate with various vendors, and my experience with Unique Signs & Printing was notably unsatisfactory. The product delivered did not meet my request, and I encountered unexpected additional fees. Communication with the team was challenging; I felt repeatedly interrupted and disregarded during discussions. Attempts to resolve these issues through further conversations were met with similar responses. Additionally, the billing process was not transparent—I was charged $900 and the payment was processed in full on my credit card before I received the product, without prior notification. Despite multiple requests, the invoice was only sent after the transaction. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling misled and unfairly treated.

Scammed! I had a terrible experience, despite working with them on similar projects consecutively in prior years. I will keep this short, as there's so much which wasn't dealt with professionally. Long and short - would not provide a price for the job (same requirements as years prior, just different photo) from the beginning, despite asking a number of times. David led me to believe he would do a good deal. Finally when David did give me the price it was over triple what other companies were charging. He even suggest I get other quotes, yet when I gave him the quotes he said our company's work is better quality
How would he know and could justify? I'm absolutely flabbergasted by all of this and been very stressed. David has been personal and rude with me.
Originally David wanted an hour's work payment and when I agreed to this he then tells me he wants to be paid for the whole job! The emails state clearly will not complete work until a credit card is given. I'm so glad I didn't provide a credit card, as it was only when I approved the proof that I finally was told the price!!!
