Amazing breakfast options. The PQ(a)M is an amazing breakfast sandwich. the breakfast bowl with that crisp juicy sausage hearty bacon and those crispy potatoes coated in pimiento cheese is otherworldly. Some of the staff seemed like they may not be familiar with customer-facing jobs and came off a bit abrasive but the blonde young woman behind the counter was absolutely amazing. Would definitely visit again.

I was only in Chicago for a weekend, and I made it to PQM twice. It's phenomenal. The best charcuterie plate I've ever had, and the Tom Skilling was amazing. I left with a nice brick of red rock cheese to bring home, which TSA promptly opened and checked because it so closely resembled C4. The tastiest explosive. Cannot wait to go back.

I am more than impressed with PQM! Their quality of food, level of service and ability to go above and beyond is simply amazing! We had a very last minute catering order that needed to be accommodated today and Veronica more than stepped up. She and the rest of the team pulled off what most places definitely could not have and I am extremely grateful. Everything was super fresh, absolutely DELICIOUS and delivered on time. I will order from there and eat there again and again. Thank you!

First time here - ordered the Italian sub for $17 and unfortunately must say...

This is one of the most expensive/average tasting sandwiches I've ever had in Chicago. The presentation is great but the flavor is just not where it should be.

I've been to their sister location up north- publican quality bread and have had very pleasant experiences with the sandwiches there. Was expecting better from this location since it's in West Loop but was highly disappointed.

In my quest for the very best sandwiches, this place in the West Loop is not to be missed! My first mortadella sandwich was outstanding! Delicious flavors, perfect sized portion. Can’t wait to come back!

Ordered lunch for the office and we were one sandwich short. The manager took my call, made a new sandwich, and personally delivered it despite us using Door Dash for the original delivery. Stunning customer service, and food is delicious (of course!)

It was my first time trying publican quality meats, I will say every dish was worth every bite! The surprise was how tasty the tomato soup was and how even the pickle spear made you want to have another as it had a little kick! The soup and the porchetta bread were excellent together!

Went in for brunch on a Saturday morning. I started with butternut squash and apple soup, that was very nice and full of flavor. Had the porchetta sandwich which had the most amazing focaccia bread. My girlfriend had the eggs, sausage, bacon with potatoes. The sausages were definitely the highlight and probably the best breakfast sausages I've ever had. Will definitely have to come back.
