Truck - Truckers

For a Pick-Up
I called in they said go to Building C

then they sent me over to the diagonal docks on the other side
(Once you walk back outside the door you're locked out, so bring your paperwork and phone for finding CAT scale while you're in there)

So don't open your trailer doors before you know where you're docking, I left mine open and drove on the street around the building and one came unlatched and swung around in traffic

even if I knew to go to the diagonal docks first, there's just a locked door over there, so you probably have to go to building C first regardless

honestly the diagonal docks were fine to get into, lil going over the curb though

I believe they gave like 40,000 pounds
I went for sliding the tandems -If I recall correctly- 6 holes back - missed, got hole 7 scaled out fine enough so left it so you may want to shoot for holes 5-7 till you hit a scale

Staff were ok. Not great not bad. It's hard to be happy when the world is melting.

It seems trucks aren't loaded to quickly or maybe it's because they prioritize their trucks first. I had an 1500 mile over night critical and almost didnt make it by close because I was there 3 hours.

As a consumer, I have called numerous times, left numerous messages, and sent them numerous emails within two and a half weeks span...NO RESPONSE!
I used this company in the past for bigger projects, but lately, they got bigheaded. They are ONLY willing to work with major companies or it seems...

At least let your customers know by responding by an email or a simple return phone call.

I left a voicemail with Nate Saunders about two weeks ago...NOTHING!

I give up with this Company!!!
