Responsible for the massive failure/mess surrounding the shipping of the game "Shadowrun: Sprawl Ops".

Sent wrong products to massive numbers of people. While other sat around for weeks without hearing a peep about shipping, others on the manifest were getting $100+ of extra product they never ordered. Poor communication. Just an all around public mess. Google "shadowrun sprawl ops shipping wrong psi" to see for yourself.
