I have worked with many printers over the years, and never have I
received the outstanding service I did from Xpress. Print quality is top-notch. I should know—I was a printer. Their paper selection is great, and the print job makes everything POP off the page.

What really impressed me was their attention to detail. They made sure everything looked EXACTLY the way I wanted. There was nothing left to chance. When they weren’t sure about a file detail, they paused and waited to talk to me before moving forward with printing. Little things like that make the experience so much better.

The final thing I want to mention is the staff. They were delightful
to work with—very personable and put me at ease. This was the first book of my own to print in color, and I cannot thank them enough for all the help they gave me while walking me through the process.

This was my first time printing a 138 page compilation for my book club. Jill & Jackie were so patient with so many questions. They were so nice. The discount was great, too. The online flip book was pretty great, too--saved me from shipping hard copies. I could not have done it without them. A bit nervous about ordering sight unseen but it is absolutely beautiful. I heartily recommend this company.

I have ZERO negative things to say about my experience with Publishing Xpress. After having a nightmare experience with another printing company, I decided to try them. Their website made it very easy to get an accurate quote on my small job (500 booklets). I worked with Jackie Moinet who was easily available for any help throughout the entire process. Once the PDF proof of my job was approved I received a physical press proof in my hands within days, then the finished job in my hands within a week!
