Quality of some produce very old, unusable. The service level at this Publix is well below the mark. Every employee I interacted with was bothered by my simple questions or requests. I'm baffled by Management's decision to hire some of these people.

This is a great local Publix. The people who work there take great pride in their jobs. The deli, produce, and meat departments are full of wonderful folks. The cashiers and customer service folks always have smiles and greet us with kind words. We can ask any stock person where a particular item is, and they will take us to it. This is a great grocery store. Try the 'hot honey' chicken tenders by themselves or in a sub sandwich or wrap. Delicious.

The customer service manager joyice and the customer service associate aaliyah were very rude...the store should be ready for the customers at 7am ..i came at 7:15am and they still counting strach off tickets and the manager Victor is very nonchalant so i complaint to there district and regional manager and some of the cashiers are very unfriendly

Terrible location. Always dirty. Isles don't make sense. Prices seem slightly higher than surrounding locations and the sushi selection is SMALLER and not as appetizing. Never shopping here again.
Unfortunately because it's closer but I'll go the distance for better service.

This is one of the worst places to order subs and wraps of any kind always messing up orders for example you order a sub with bacon black olives and you get no bacon and no olives and u still payed for the extra and to top it off when it’s time for pick up you have to wait a long line after it’s payed for and you get attitude form the employees, you ask nicely if I can have someone hand me over the item specially the person that’s not doing anything just laughing and conversation all around with the employees instead of working it’s really upsetting especially when you pay for something and don’t get the correct items and won’t have it at the pick up time because you have to wait a long line of people ordering it’s redundant and this is definitely the last time I go to this Publix I rather drive the distance and get great customer service

A very good store but all stores aren't consistent. This one doesn't carry the BlueBell no sugar added ice cream (I can find it in a smaller Publix).
